video with sound at a resolution of 176x144 pixels
at 6 frames per second ("fps"); noting
GPRS has a practical usable bandwidth of less than
56Kbps.
Under a 3.5G HSDPA environment with a bandwidth
of less than 768Kbps, HVMT encoded video is able
to display high-quality QVGA video at 320x240
pixels with 15fps.
For standard television use, HVMT can display
quality video of 720x576 pixels at 25fps using
a bandwidth of less than 512Kbps.
And for 720p HDTV, HVMT can display quality video
of 1280x720 pixels at 25fps using a bandwidth
of less than 768Kbps.
